I placed an order by mistake. How do I cancel the order?

It's simple. This is what you have to do:

Please remember that you may only cancel orders that are not yet shipped.

What are the methods of payments accepted at Marigold Mansion?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Net Banking from major banks.

How do I place a return?

We do not accept returns on items that are delivered in flawless, undamaged condition as a rule. A product can only be returned if the following requirements are met: 

If you discover a quality or manufacturing flaw on the received product.

If the product does not match the item specified at purchase confirmation.

If the merchandise is damaged when it is delivered.

Please contact support@emaaresse.com and mention your order number, your complaint and photographs of the defective products. Our team will get back to you within 48 business hours.

Where exactly is my order?

If your order is shipped, you will receive the update on your contact number or email. But, if you have not received any update please call us at 8792495764 or email us at support@emaaresse.com and we will assist you with your order status.

My order seems to be damaged. What should I do?
